We agreed to postpone the marathon for 2 weeks, in particular to 26 September. By this time, we expect the number of sick people to decrease.

What will happen to my entry fee?
All entry fees are automatically transferred to the new date.
What should I do if I cannot take part on 26 September?
If you cannot take part in the Almaty Marathon on 26 September 2021, you can transfer your participation to the Almaty Marathon 2022.
For this purpose, please leave your request on the website using your personal account. Just click “Make Transfer”. You should apply for the transfer before 16 September 2021 (inclusive). You may make transfer only for the same distance.
The refund and transfer buttons will be available on the website from 16 August (Monday).
How to refund?
If you cannot take part in the Almaty Marathon and do not want to make transfer to 2022, you can fully refund your entry fee.
For this purpose, please leave your request on the website using your personal account. Just click “Refund”. You should apply for the refund before 16 September 2021 (inclusive). The entry fee will be refunded to your bank card in the period from 4 to 10 October.
The refund and transfer buttons will be available on the website from 16 August (Monday).
If I choose to refund or make transfer to 2022, what will happen to the T-shirt (long sleeve) I purchased?
If you choose to refund, the cost of the T-shirt will also be refunded to you.
If you choose to make transfer, you will receive the T-shirt of the Almaty Marathon 2022 next year. The T-shirt purchased this year will be cancelled. However, there are some advantages – if the cost of participation and T-shirt is higher next year, you will not need to pay extra charge.
I have registered, but didn’t pay for my participation. What should I do to run on 26 September?
If you want to participate in the Almaty Marathon on 26 September 2021, you only need to pay for the participation using your ID-number. The ID-number was assigned to you after you passed the registration. You can find the ID-number in your e-mail or your personal account at almaty-marathon.kz.
You can make payment using Kaspi.kz app or on the website using a bank card.
