A graduate of the University of International Business (UIB) with a degree in Public Relations. A leaver of a master's program in International Marketing at Boston University.

Mrs. Kazybayeva started her career at World Class Almaty  in January 2011 as a Deputy Managing Director. Since 2015, she has been serving as the Commercial Director.

Active in sports. A winner of the powerlifting, bench press and deadlift competitions in Almaty and Asia. A competitor of Ironman, a winner of numerous international running and triathlon races.

A holder of the Letters of Gratitude from the Sports Directorate of Almaty Akimat and personally from the Akim of Almaty (A.S. Yessimov).

Qualified as Referee ITU Technical Officials Level 1.
