Getting ready for a marathon and half marathon!

Registration for Almaty Marathon 2019 is already open, which means it's time to start preparing for the start! To make it efficient and systemic, we offer training plans for 21 and 42 km. Pull can not, just run!

The coach of the Almaty triathlon federation - Maxim Mzhelsky, master of sports in athletics, champion of Kazakhstan at 800 m and 1500 m, has prepared a special monthly training plan, scheduled weekly.
