How to receive a starter kit and a medal for the Almaty Marathon and Spring Race:
- Visit www.almaty-marathon.kz
- Log in using your username and password. Use a login button in the upper right corner.
- If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot your password?”, enter the email address used for registration and wait for the email to be sent to the specified address.
- Click on “Personal data” in your personal account.
- Fill in the fields “Address”, and check whether your mobile phone number is correct.
- Click on “Save“.
Please fill in your data by August 16, 2020 inclusive.
When will I receive my starter kit?
Your data will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis. A courier will contact you and bring the long-awaited medals within 5-7 working days after the application is filled in!
May I come to your office to pick up my kit?
No, you may not. The Almaty Marathon office is closed. Our employees work from home.
May I pick up starter kits of other participants, who are my friends or family members?
Each participant fills in his/her personal data only in his/her personal account on the website. This means that, if you are members of the same family (for example, husband, wife and child), each of you needs to log in and fill in your data (address), even if these data are the same.
What does a starter kit include?
A BIB number, chip, handout, envelope, participant bag, medal, and a T-shirt for the participants who bought it.
May I receive a Spring Race medal?
Yes, you may. If you are registered for the Spring Race 2020 and the Almaty Marathon 2020, then fill in the information in your personal account. If you are registered for both competitions in our database, you will receive medals for two events.
If you are registered for one of the competitions, you will receive only one of the medals (and a starter kit, if you are registered for the Almaty Marathon).
If I do not live in Almaty, can I communicate my address and receive my starter kit and medal?
Yes, of course, you can. Delivery and acceptance of applications is available to all participants throughout Kazakhstan. The application procedure is the same as described above.
If I do not live in Kazakhstan, how can I receive my starter kit and medal?
For foreign participants (residing not in Kazakhstan), a starter kit and medal can be delivered at the expense of the participant.
Alternatively, your friend in Kazakhstan may pick up your starter kit for you. For this purpose, please specify your friend’s address in your personal account and give him/her a photo of your ID document.
Other options will be announced after the kits are delivered to residents of Kazakhstan.
I want an Almaty Marathon 2020 T-shirt. How can I buy it?
If during registration you did not buy out a T-shirt, or you want to buy another one, you can buy it in the online store at the link: https://www.almaty-marathon.kz/en/store/
The T-shirt costs KZT 2,500. You can pay for it on the website by a bank card or to a courier upon receipt. Delivery cost is KZT 500.
The additionally purchased T-shirt and the starter kits and medals are delivered by different courier services. After buying the T-shirt, an Almaty Marathon manager will contact you and announce all the details.
